The Christmas Party was at The Valley Inn in Kendallville, IA on Jan.8th at 2:00 PM with 13 members & 7 guests the weather was great and to nobody’s surprise Gary showed up on his bike, we did not have a meeting so there is no business to pass on.
We have raffle tickets for 2012 cash raffle get them from Gene & Tina Thorne, Gary Robb, Dale Goodale, Marshall Korte or Me, we will give out $500.00 1st prize, $250.00, 2nd prize & $125.00 3rd prize, tickets will be $1.00 each and will be drawn at the Oct. meeting, we will have a prize for the top 4 ticket sellers.
We have a Meet & Greet on Fri. Jan.20th at The Hideaway in Ionia at 5:30 PM.
We are still in need of ideas for rides & events for next year so if you have any ideas let us know, we don’t want to wait until the last min. to plan them.
Membership dues are due if you have not paid them they can be mailed or paid at the meeting, mail to American Legion Riders, 504 Main, Osage, IA 50461 or Tina Thorne, 11565 Willow Ave., Cresco, IA 52136 or Phil Mansker, 808 S. Johnson St., Charles City, IA 50616, $10.00 per member.
That’s about all I have for now I will try to keep everybody informed about upcoming events.

Our Next Meeting is Feb. 9th at 7:00 PM with dinner at 6:30 at the Post in Osage, IA
We didn’t make plans for dinner at the party so if nobody objects we will have pizza from R & B Steak & Pizza.
